This policy explains what culturekidsgroup.com stores on your device, what each item does and how to change your mind. It sits alongside our privacy policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
Culture Kids Group is a trading name of Maasmedia, registered in Belgium under enterprise and VAT number BE 0731.948.538, Scheldestraat 11, 2000 Antwerp. You can reach us at info@culturekidsgroup.agency or on +32 470 96 72 16.
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep, so it can recognise your browser on the next request. Two related technologies do a similar job and this policy treats them the same way.
The first time you arrive, a banner asks what you allow. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary loads until you answer. You can accept everything, reject everything, or open the preferences and decide per category. Rejecting everything keeps the site fully usable.
We record your answer using Google Consent Mode v2, which is a standard that switches consent on and off per category. Until you answer, every category is set to denied. Your answer is stored in your browser under the local storage key consentMode, which means it stays on your own device rather than in a cookie sent to us.
To change your answer later, open Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser, which resets the banner. We ask again after 12 months in any case.
Four of these categories currently control nothing. They are in the banner because Google Consent Mode defines them as a set, and because we would rather ask for permission before a tool arrives than after. If we add a tool to a category, this list changes with it.
These make the site work and load without asking, because the site cannot be delivered without them. Under Article 129 of the Belgian Electronic Communications Act, and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, storage that is strictly necessary to deliver a service you requested needs no consent.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see where people get stuck: which sections get read, where the cursor hesitates, where someone leaves. It records an anonymised replay of the session and builds heatmaps from it. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into a form does not appear in a replay. Our Clarity project identifier is yelm57jq7t.
Clarity loads only after you allow the analytics category. If you reject it, none of the following is set.
Session replays are kept for 30 days. Aggregated statistics are kept for 13 months. Microsoft's own privacy statement covers what it does as a processor, and it is published at microsoft.com/privacy.
Some case pages show video hosted on Vimeo or YouTube. Those players load from Vimeo and Google, and they can set their own cookies once they load. This happens on the case pages that contain video, and nowhere else on the site.
If you would rather avoid these, reject the analytics category and skip the videos, or block third party cookies in your browser. The rest of the case page renders normally.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That service sets no cookies, and it does receive your IP address in order to send the font files to your browser. We treat that as strictly necessary to render the page, and we are moving the font files onto our own host so the request stops leaving our domain.
Every major browser lets you see what is stored, delete it and refuse it in future. Blocking everything will break parts of most websites, including the memory of your choice here, which means the banner returns on every visit.
You can also install a browser extension that blocks trackers, and most browsers offer a private window that clears everything when you close it.
This policy changes whenever the tools on the site change. The date at the top reflects the current version. When we add anything that needs consent, the banner asks you again before it runs.
Write to info@culturekidsgroup.agency and you will get a straight answer about anything on this page. Our privacy policy explains the wider picture, including your rights and how to exercise them.
