Culture Kids Group is a trading name of Maasmedia, a company registered in Belgium under enterprise and VAT number BE 0731.948.538, with its registered office at Scheldestraat 11, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Maasmedia trading as Culture Kids Group. "You" means anyone who visits or uses culturekidsgroup.com.
These terms govern your use of this website. They apply from the moment you open a page, and using the site means you accept them.
They are separate from the agreement that governs any work we do for you. A project runs on the proposal, quotation or contract signed for it, together with the general terms of sale attached to that document. Where a signed agreement and these website terms say different things about the same subject, the signed agreement prevails.
The content of this site is a description of what we do. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it creates no obligation on either side. Case studies, figures, service descriptions and client references illustrate past work rather than promise a future result. Every engagement starts with a written proposal made for one client and one brief.
The results shown in our case studies were achieved in a specific market, for a specific brand, at a specific moment. They describe what happened. They do not predict what will happen for you.
You may read this site, print pages from it and share links to it, for your own information or for the internal purposes of your organisation.
You agree to leave the site alone in the following ways.
Where you breach this clause we may block your access, and where the breach is unlawful we may report it to the authorities.
The design, code, copy, photography, film, illustration, structure and selection of this site belong to us or to our licensors. This includes copyright, database rights and any rights in the layout and the visual identity. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
The trade names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners. Client logos appear with permission, to identify work we did for that client, and their presence grants you nothing in relation to those brands. The name Culture Kids Group and our own marks may not be used without our written permission.
You may quote a short passage from this site for review, news reporting, teaching or research, provided you name the source and link back to the page. That is the extent of the licence we give.
When you send us a brief, a message, a CV, a portfolio or any other material, you keep the rights in it. You give us permission to read it, store it and circulate it internally for the purpose you sent it for, which is to answer you, assess a project or run a selection procedure.
By sending material you confirm that you are entitled to send it, that it infringes nobody's rights and that it contains nothing unlawful. If you send us confidential material without a confidentiality agreement in place, we treat it with care but we cannot accept liability for it, so send a mutual non-disclosure agreement first where the material warrants one.
Our privacy policy explains what happens to any personal data in what you send.
We aim to keep this site available and current, and we make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. Hosting, maintenance and third party services occasionally cause downtime that sits outside our control.
Where a page contains an obvious mistake in a price, a figure or a description, that mistake binds nobody.
This site links to websites we do not run, including client sites, social platforms and video services. Those links exist for your convenience and they carry no endorsement of the content behind them. We have no control over those sites and we accept no responsibility for them. Once you follow a link, the terms and the privacy policy of that site apply.
You may link to our homepage or to any page on this site, as long as the link is fair, does not damage our reputation and does not suggest an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist. Framing our site inside another site, or presenting our content as belonging to someone else, needs our written permission.
The information on this site is provided as it stands. To the extent Belgian law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill and any indirect or consequential loss.
Two things sit outside that exclusion, because Belgian law does not permit us to limit them.
Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Belgian consumer law remain intact and nothing in these terms reduces them.
Liability arising from work we deliver under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this clause.
Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by an event beyond its reasonable control. That includes natural events, armed conflict, civil unrest, epidemics, strikes, acts of public authorities, failures in telecommunications or power supply, and the failure of a hosting or platform provider on which the site depends.
If something on this site or in our conduct falls short, write to info@culturekidsgroup.agency and describe it. We answer within 14 days. Reaching us directly is faster than any formal route, and it usually settles the matter.
Where you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may bring it to the Consumer Mediation Service, North Gate II, Koning Albert II-laan 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, or online through the Belgian federal consumer mediation platform. Using that route stays your choice rather than an obligation.
We may revise these terms when our site or our obligations change. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Where a revision materially affects an ongoing relationship, we tell the party affected directly.
If a court finds any provision of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the rest stays in force. Where we fail to enforce a provision on one occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Antwerp division.
Where you are a consumer resident in another member state of the European Union, this clause leaves untouched your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own place of residence, and the mandatory consumer protections of your own country continue to apply.
Two other documents form part of the framework for using this site, and both are published alongside these terms.
